We ship every order from our warehouse in the United States, free of charge.

HOW LONG IT TAKES? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 days after that. Most orders arrive within 4–10 days of purchase. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

WHERE WE SHIP? We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

WHY WE ASK FOR YOUR PHONE NUMBER? Our delivery carriers require a working phone number. Orders without one may be undeliverable, so please double-check it at checkout.

WRONG ADDRESS? Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@solvio.store. Once a package has shipped we cannot redirect it, and we cannot compensate for packages lost due to an incorrect address or missing phone number.
