Shipping Overview
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on every order—no minimum spend required. All orders ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 5-12 business days after processing
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal service schedules
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only to addresses within the United States
- We do not offer international shipping
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using the USPS tracking system
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
- We cannot modify addresses after an order has been placed

Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@solvio.store
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
- Important: Solvio is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status by the carrier. We recommend selecting a safe delivery location or requiring signature confirmation if available in your area.
Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at support@solvio.store
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
