Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Solvio™ Pregnancy Support Belt. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Returns

Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition (trying on for size is acceptable, but items with signs of wear, odors, or stains will not be accepted)
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at support@solvio.store within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service (we strongly recommend using tracking; we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns)

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Defective Items: If your item is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Tracking Required: We highly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/card issuer)

Refund Amount

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in cases where:

  • The item is returned with missing components or packaging
  • The item shows signs of use or wear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the size or color you prefer

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@solvio.store
  2. Include photos of the damaged/defective item
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
  4. We will provide a prepaid return label if necessary
