Refunds & Quality Issues
Because shapewear is an intimate garment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please strictly consult our Size Chart before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@solvio.store. 

To process a refund or free replacement, please provide:
1. Your order number
2. A photo showing BOTH the damaged item AND the original shipping package/label clearly visible in the same frame
3. A clear close-up photo of the defect

Once verified, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
